- Lead Touchpoints
- This module helps in deduplicating leads being sent from emails by creating touchpoints. Touchpoints are created based on touchpoint names precreated which also sets their type. This module also deduplicates the existing leads when a new touchpoint is created. The deduplication can be turned off from the settings of crm. The deduplication logic also takes care of ensuring the account manager (user_id/salesperson) is set as per logic: 1. During deduplication of leads, if any lead has an account manager assigned, this account manager must be recorded as a tag for the final deduplicated lead. 2. During deduplication, if a lead has "activity id contains order" and account manager is also assigned to this lead, this account manager should be assigned to the final deduplicated lead. 3. All other leads with account manager assigned, the most recent lead with account manager assigned, should have that account manager assigned to the final deduplicated lead.
